Defender 90 Door Assembly

Door Assembly for the Defender 90: a complete front door with a galvanised steel frame and aluminium skin.

Panels for vehicles that get used: Defender door frames, wings, bulkhead sections and floor panels, and the aluminium and steel panels for the later vehicles. Defender panels are mostly aluminium on steel frames, and the steel frame is almost always the part that has rotted. The 90 is the short wheelbase and the one that gets used hardest off road, so the parts on it are the ones we see worn out fastest.

Fitting

Labour guide: about 2 hours plus paint. Which version to buy

Galvanised is hot dip galvanised after fabrication, inside and out, which is what stops the rust that finished the original. Painted is supplied in black primer and top coat for a correct appearance, with cavity wax recommended after fitting.
