These terms apply to every order placed on solihullspares.com. Please read them before you order.
1. About us

2. Independence from vehicle manufacturers
We are an independent parts supplier. We are not Land Rover or Jaguar Land Rover and we are not appointed or approved by them. Land Rover, Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, Freelander and Evoque are trademarks of their owner and are used only to describe vehicle fitment.
3. Your order
When you place an order you receive an email acknowledging it. The contract between us is formed when we email to confirm dispatch, or confirm a workshop booking. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot confirm the part fits the vehicle you have given us. If we decline, we refund you in full.
4. Fitment
We check fitment against the VIN you give us. If you do not give a VIN, you are responsible for making sure the part is right for your vehicle. Parts for braking, steering, suspension, axles and driveline should be fitted by a competent technician.
5. Modifications
Lift kits, winches, snorkels, larger tyres and some protection parts change the vehicle from standard. You are responsible for telling your insurer and for making sure the vehicle remains roadworthy and legal once they are fitted.
6. Emissions systems
We do not supply or fit particulate filter deletes, EGR blanking plates, AdBlue emulators or defeat software, and we will not accept an order that asks for one. Removing or defeating an emissions system is unlawful on a road vehicle in the UK, is an MOT failure and can void your insurance.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. If you shop in another currency, the price is converted at the rate shown at checkout. Delivery is charged by weight and shown before you pay. Exchange units include a refundable core charge, which is stated on the listing. International orders may be subject to import duty and local taxes, which you pay on delivery.
8. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. The goods are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave. Some items ship within the UK only, as set out on our Delivery page.
9. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
Your rights to cancel and return are set out on our Returns and Refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Workshop services
Workshop services are carried out at Unit 1 Main Road, Tydd Gote, Wisbech PE13 5QD. You must bring the vehicle at the booked time and tell us about any known faults. If we find further work is needed, including corrosion found once a vehicle is stripped, we will not carry it out without your agreement.
11. Trade and fleet customers
If you buy in the course of a business, the consumer cancellation rights do not apply, and our liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use of a vehicle or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent the law allows.
12. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
