We dispatch from our warehouse in Tydd Gote, near Wisbech, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery charges are worked out from the total weight of your order, and you see the exact charge at checkout before you pay.

Chassis, bulkheads, engines and axles
Very large items travel by pallet or freight. We contact you before dispatch to confirm a delivery date and to check there is suitable access and a way to unload at the delivery address.
Import duty and local taxes
International orders do not include import duty, local VAT or sales tax. These are set by your own government and are collected by the courier before delivery, sometimes with a handling fee. You are the importer. If a parcel is refused because these charges were not paid, we refund the goods once it is back with us, but not the original delivery charge or the return cost.
Items that ship within the UK only
Oils, fluids and batteries are restricted goods for courier transport and can only be sent to UK addresses. Parts and fitting packages, alignment and fleet packages are carried out at our workshop in Tydd Gote and are only available to UK customers. The product page says so where this applies.
Exchange units and core returns
Exchange units carry a refundable core charge. Return your old unit to us within 30 days, drained of oil, in the packaging the new one came in, and we refund the core charge once we have checked it. Core returns from outside the UK are at your own cost, and the unit must be declared as a returned core for repair so that no import duty is charged on arrival.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If it is damaged, write that on the delivery note or tell the driver, and email us photos within 48 hours. If a tracked parcel has not arrived within 5 working days in the UK, or 15 working days elsewhere, contact us and we will chase it.
